Fill in today's live, copy the link, paste it into PRISM as a web overlay. The timer, day, goal and moves run themselves.
With a start time, add the overlay early: it shows "starts at 7:00" and kicks off on the dot. Leave blank to start the moment the overlay loads.
Streak names slide in at the top during the finisher. Leave blank on days you don't use it.
PRISM needs a plain public web address. See "Set up once" on the right.
